MEDLII is not taking orders yet. These terms cover using this website and joining the kit club. Full terms of sale will be published here before we launch.
1. About us
This website is operated by Medical Operations and Content Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 699 126 826) trading as MEDLII ("MEDLII", "we", "us"). 2. Kit club and the 15% first order offer
- Joining the kit club is free. When you join you consent to receive our emails: "I consent to receiving awesome offers and discounts via email." You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Kit club members will receive a code by email when MEDLII launches for 15% off their first order.
- The code is for your first order only and is limited to one per customer (one per email address and delivery address). It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
- It applies to kits, bags, refills and add-ons. It does not apply to shipping, express shipping or subscription plans.
- The code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and will have an expiry date, which we will tell you in the launch email.
- We may change or withdraw the offer before launch, for example if our launch is delayed or our range changes. If we do, we will tell kit club members by email.
- Joining the kit club does not reserve stock or guarantee that any particular product, colour or size will be available at launch.
3. Our products
Our kits are general purpose. MEDLII kits are collections of general purpose equipment. They are not created, designed, marketed or intended for use in any particular medical or surgical procedure, and they are not procedure packs. Every individual product in a kit that is a medical device in its own right is TGA registered (included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods) by its sponsor, and is supplied in its original manufacturer packaging with its instructions for use.

4. Our suppliers
Our products will be sourced from Team Medical Supplies (clinical equipment and consumables) and Lizandez (leather bags). MEDLII does not hold stock: when we launch, orders will be drop shipped directly by our suppliers, and stock levels will be checked with them daily so that availability on the website is clear. Our shipping and returns policies will be published here before we take orders.
5. Rural medical education
When we launch, we will set aside $2 from every kit and every bag sold for rural medical education. The contribution comes from MEDLII's own revenue. It does not increase your price and it is not a tax deductible donation by you.
6. Using this website
- The content, logos, characters and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. Product photos are supplied by our suppliers and used with their permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
- Product names and trade marks (such as Littmann and Lizandez) belong to their owners and are used only to describe products we plan to sell.
- We try to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. We may update them from time to time, and will publish full terms of sale on this page before we launch.
